O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no deity except You. You created me and I am Your servant. I remain faithful to Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me and acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

O Allah, grant my body well-being. O Allah, grant my hearing well-being. O Allah, grant my sight well-being. There is no deity except You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from punishment of the grave. There is no deity except You.
Narrated by Abu Dawud (5090), with a sound chain, from Abu Bakrah.
My Lord, help me and do not help against me; grant me victory and do not grant victory over me; plan in my favor and not against me; guide me and make guidance easy for me; and grant me victory over those who oppress me. My Lord, make me deeply grateful to You, constantly remembering You, fearful of You, obedient to You, humble before You, penitent and returning to You. Accept my repentance, wash away my sins, answer my supplication, establish my proof, direct my tongue, guide my heart, and remove rancor from my chest.

O Allah, all praise belongs to You. None can restrict what You expand or expand what You restrict. None can guide whom You let go astray or mislead whom You guide; give what You withhold or withhold what You give; bring near what You distance or distance what You bring near. Spread Your blessings, mercy, bounty, and provision over us. I ask You for lasting bliss that never changes or ends, ease on the day of need, and safety on the day of fear. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what You have given us and what You have withheld. Make faith beloved to us and adorn our hearts with it; make disbelief, wickedness, and disobedience hateful to us, and make us rightly guided. Let us live and die as Muslims, and join us with the righteous, neither disgraced nor put to trial. O Allah, fight the disbelievers who deny Your messengers and obstruct Your path; bring Your punishment and torment upon them. O Allah, fight the disbelievers among those given the Scripture, God of truth.

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

Hadith
Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that a Jew and a Jewess were brought to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) who had committed adultery. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to the Jews and said: What do you find in Torah for one who commits adultery? They said: We darken their faces and make them ride on the donkey with their faces turned to the opposite direction (and their backs touching each other), and then they are taken round (the city). He said: Bring Torah if you are truthful. They brought it and recited it until when they came to the verse pertaining to stoning, the person who was reading placed his hand on the verse pertaining to stoning, and read (only that which was) between his hands and what was subsequent to that. Abdullah b. Salim who was at that time with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Command him (the reciter) to lift his hand. He lifted it and there was, underneath that, the verse pertaining to stoning. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) pronounced judgment about both of them and they were stoned. Abdullah b. 'Umar said: I was one of those who stoned them, and I saw him (the Jew) protecting her (the Jewess) with his body.
